Hi, I’m Candace a licensed esthetician and brow stylist based in Austin, Texas. Poised Brows was created with one goal in mind: intentional beauty that enhances what’s already there. I specialize in precision brow services, custom facials, lash enhancements, and advanced skin treatments designed to be both results-driven and confidence-building. My approach is thoughtful, educational, and never one-size-fits-all. Every service is customized to your features, your skin, and your lifestyle, because beauty should feel effortless, not forced. CANCELLATION POLICY
✨ BOOKING POLICY Deposit • A 20% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your appointment and is applied toward your service total. • The remaining balance is due at the time of service. • Accepted payments: Cash, Zelle, and Credit/Debit Cards (3.5% processing fee applies). Refunds • All sales are final. No refunds under any circumstances. Guests • No children or pets permitted for safety and sanitation reasons. • No additional guests unless they are also being serviced. ✨ CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS Late Arrivals • Please call or text (347-378-7913) if you are running late. • Appointments are canceled after 15 minutes of no arrival. No-Call / No-Show • Charged 100% of the service price. • Outstanding balances must be paid in full before rebooking. • Two no-shows result in a permanent booking ban. Less Than 24-Hour Notice • Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged 100% of the service price. ✨ RESCHEDULING & SERVICE CHANGES • Appointments may be rescheduled up to two (2) times with at least 24 hours’ notice to retain your deposit. • Last-minute reschedules (<24 hours): – Remaining balance is due immediately upon contact – A 15% rescheduling fee will be added to your next appointment • After two reschedules, the deposit is forfeited and a new booking with a new deposit is required. • Deposits are valid for 3 months, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Service Changes • Same-day service changes are not available. • Please book the correct service—incorrect bookings are the client’s responsibility. • If you would like a service change, in order to transfer the deposit, it must be in the same service category. ✨ DEPOSIT POLICY • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. • One-time transfers may be approved only for services of equal or lesser value, with at least 24 hours’ notice. • Deposits applied to lower-priced services are not credited or refunded. • Deposits cannot be transferred to another person. • Same-day transfers or service changes are not available. ✨ LATE POLICY • 9-minute grace period — you must be inside the suite to be considered present. • After 9 minutes, a $15 late fee applies. • Appointments are canceled after 15 minutes. • Late arrivals may result in a shortened service. ✨ CONFIRMATIONS • Appointment details and location are sent via confirmation email and text. • Please use the confirmation email to cancel or reschedule, as responses may not be immediate. ✨ OTHER POLICIES • First-time clients must present a valid ID. • A $10 inconvenience fee may apply for disruptions. • Holiday, early-bird, or after-hours appointments incur additional fees. • All sales are final and non-refundable. ✨ VIP MEMBERSHIPS • No contracts or subscriptions required. • All standard policies apply, including no-shows. • Birthday services must be booked within your birthday month. ✨ BY CONTINUING TO BOOK, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO ALL POLICIES LISTED ABOVE.
